“All It Takes”, the single released at the end of 2021, is the first musical sign of life from Karnivool in years. The progressive rock band from Perth, Australia released the last of their three studio albums, “Asymmetry,” ten years ago and, boy oh boy, are we hungry for more! The band had to postpone their “Regeneration Tour” several times due to the pandemic, but in 2023 they finally made it back to Europe. Work on the fourth album is progressing steadily, but Karnivool are in no hurry, just as in their atmospheric songs. Good things take time, and anyone who can write bombastic songs like “Themata”, “All I Know” or “Deadman” knows that the songs will outlive us all.
